Pete's Eggs

Breakfast of Champions

3 eggs
Broccoli
Tomatoes
Spinach Greens
Chopped onion or garlic
Just enough feta or sharp cheddar cheese for flavor.

Eggs are great for getting your protein requirement.  But don't just scramble them.  Take the opportunity to mix in some vegetables as well to make an omelet.  Almost anything you have will work.  Flavor them up with onion, garlic and/or a little cheese.  Saute the vegetables first.  Then add the eggs last.  

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  You can load up on calories in the morning as you will have the rest of the day to burn them.
