  • Medicine Ball Leg Raise Crossover

    While contracting the abdominals lift your legs off the floor while keeping your feet together.  And while holding the medicine ball in one hand or the other bring your arms out from your side creating a 90degree angle between your torso and arms.

  • Step one

    While holding this static position proceed to raise your arms simultaneously to meet in the middle over your chest..

  • Step two

    Switch hands that is holding the ball and lower it back down. Now repeat. But don"t let your arms touch the floor again until the set is complete.
