  • Stability Ball Trunk Twist

    Lie on the ball and put your hands together as if you were holding a pistol.

  • Step 1

    Start with your back on the ball and your hands straight up like your holding a pistol.

  • Step 2

    Roll to your left, keeping your feet on the ground and pointing the 'pistol' to the side.

  • Step 3

    Roll all the way over till you're pointing the 'pistol' to the right.
