  • Starting Position

    Laying flat on your back extend your arms over head and your legs straight out. Toes pointed away from you.

  • Step one

    Begin to contract your abdominals and raise your arms and legs simultaneously.

  • Step two

    Continue contracting the abdominals and bringing your pelvis and ribcage together squeezing at the top. Your shoulder blades should now be off the floor and you want to try to touch your feet with ball in hands.
